一年一度的由GSM协会主办的3GSM全球峰会将于巴塞罗那当地时间2月11日到14日如期举行。本届大会更名为全球移动大会（Mobile World Congress）。历经了12个年头的GSM大会，又迎来了它的第13个年头。同去年一样，在大会获奖得主真正揭幕之前，我们又迎来了这一轮的奖项提名者。名单如下：
