Through a partnership with CTI Group Inc., Vaspian, a provider of hosted VoIP services, is using CTI Group’s emPulse and SmartRecord IP applications to deliver real-time usage analysis, event alarms and call recording to its hosted VoIP customers.

    Serving the small business market with next-generation hosted IP PBX services, Vaspian expects its partnership with CTI Group to help it satisfy important business needs, enhance the value of its hosted VoIP service portfolio and increase ARPU, the company said.

    The emPulse traffic analysis solution, which is customizable, provides regularly scheduled summaries and graphs of telephony activity by automatically monitoring and analyzing telephony service.

    Smart Record IP,CTIGroup’s call recording solution, also is customizable and enables users to archive and monitor recorded calls without purchasing capital equipment or managing premise-based solutions.
