Meanwhile, Sprint's wireline assets are supporting the strong growth in VoIP services through leading cable companies and are a cornerstone of the company's strategy to deliver converged services, Saleh added. In the second quarter, cable VoIP revenue increased 60 percent annually. The company noted that forecasts call for the overall VoIP market to more than double in the next four years.
