Zayo Bandwidth hasselected Custom Call Data Systems’ hosted Webtop BPM platform for bill processing and order management, the companies said Tuesday.

    Webtop BP Misa Web-based and workflow enabled billing and OSS solution that lets service providers integrate order management, bill processing, customer care, provisioning and revenue management. It also offers business process management functionality for administering collections, trouble tickets, number inventory, document management, CPE inventory and other core business processes.

    Acustomizable end-user Web portal is available with Webtop BPM as well as full reseller management functionality.
